By accessing or using PixGenN ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
PixGenN provides AI-powered video generation services, including but not limited to:
- Image-to-video generation
- Video-to-video transformation
- Text-to-video creation
- AI talking photo/avatar generation
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Credits and Payment
Our Service operates on a credit-based system. By purchasing credits, you agree that:
- Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency
- Unused credits may expire according to our credit policy
- We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Generate content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our systems
6. Content Removal & Takedown
We may hide or remove content that violates our community guidelines. If your post is hidden, you can read which policy applied — in plain language — on our Community Policy page, which also explains how to appeal.
To request removal of content involving you, or to appeal a moderation decision, email our takedown & appeals team at [email protected]. We aim to respond within 72 hours.
7. Content Ownership
Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and store it for the purpose of providing the Service.
Generated Content: You own the videos and content generated through our Service, subject to any third-party rights in the source materials you provided.
Community & Promotional Use: Content you choose to publish to the Community is displayed publicly. By publishing content to the Community, you grant PixGenN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and feature that content to operate and promote the Service — including in marketing materials, on our website (for example on feature pages and the Community gallery), and in social or advertising channels. This license is limited to content you publish to the Community and ends when you remove that content, except for copies already distributed before removal. You can opt out at any time: email [email protected] to have your published content removed from promotional use and from the Community. We do not use private content that you have not published to the Community for promotion.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by PixGenN and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Service without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY NOT ALWAYS MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXGENN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PixGenN operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
